  • Paul’s backyard was all lawn with no deck and after 20 years, he was fed up with using his patio furniture on the grass and wanted a patio for his family to enjoy.
  • Paul sent us a message through Facebook to tell us about his situation. After a quick exchange, we scheduled a 30 min phone consultation and asked him to send a few pictures of his space.
  • At the end of our call, Paul decided he was ready to sign a contract and invest a 40% deposit so we scheduled a time to visit his home for a design consultation.
  • Once on site, we created a layout for his space that met his needs, chose materials that fit his budget, wrote a detailed scope of work and talked about a start date. With Paul securely on our calendar, we got to work.
